Jennifer Leich, M.A.
Project Manager
Jennifer earned her Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She specializes in the design and implementation of qualitative evaluation methods including in-depth interviewing and field observation of organizational practices in healthcare settings. At HSRC, Jennifer oversees the qualitative arm of the I-CARE Physical Health Integration Pilot (PHIP) and is also project manager of the annual Countywide Client Satisfaction (MHSIP) survey.
